Our client is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable General Manager to lead a beautiful new restaurant opening in Fitzrovia.With around 200 covers, this is set to be a stunning venue, featuring a menu designed by an iconic chef.The focus is on exceptional food, quality service, and creating memorable guest experiences.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Manager ready for this exciting opportunity .The General Managers role is to oversee the whole FOH and bring this business to life with a strong emphasis on service, guest engagement, team leadership, and maintaining high service standards.There is real potential for growth as new sites are planned in the longer term.

Who are we looking for?

  • A warm, outgoing leader with a passion for hospitality
  • Experience managing small teams in high-quality, service-led environments
  • Full accountability for site operations including P&L, audits, compliance, and team development
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of H&S and due diligence
  • Ideally from an independent background, with some high-quality branded experience
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in hands-on roles
