General Manager - Farnborough, Hampshire

This role requires an inspirational leader with proven flair and commercial ability, as well as the skill, energy, and determination to drive and develop the business. We're looking for a manager with experience in developing standards and reputation of a gym while nurturing a growing membership base and team.

The Role:

1. To inspirationally lead and manage the day-to-day running of the gym.
2. To lead and deliver the commercial performance of the business.
3. To lead and deliver operational excellence of the gym.
4. To deliver the set KPIs.
5. To recruit, train, and develop the team and lead them to success.

The Candidate:

1. Must have proven management experience within a leisure-related industry.
2. Must be passionate about customer service and an inspirational leader.
3. Must be qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
4. Must have a track record in driving sales, local marketing, and managing a successful team.
5. Ideally, experience as a General Manager overseeing all business areas within a leisure facility or substantial experience as a Fitness Manager or similar role.
