A growing restaurant group in central London is seeking a dynamic General Manager. These rustic and authentic restaurants have a loyal following and are expanding.

Role Overview:
The General Manager will lead the Front of House team, managing operations, financials, recruitment, and team dynamics. This role offers the potential to step into a multisite management position as the group grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a vibrant and smooth service with the team.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver top-notch service.
• Handle opening and closing procedures proficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager.
• Strong leadership, hands-on attitude, and attention to detail.
• Excellent team management and training skills.
