I am excited to be working with a multi-faceted venue in Northampton who are looking for an experienced General Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for the day to day operations for the site, training and development of the team, and creating a sales & marketing strategy to drive new business.You must be self-motivated, passionate about providing an amazing service, with a background in events
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment, training and development of the team
Drive sales and continuously develop revenue streams across the site
Building client and supplier relationships
Cost control
Fully accountable for the management of the entire estate
Focus on guest satisfaction delivering 5 star service and product
The ideal candidate:
Operational Management experience in a similar environment
Experience delivering events
Excellent network in the industry and ability to drive sales
Financial and P&L understanding
Confident leader
Excellent communication skills
Passionate about guest experience
