This role requires a General Manager with experience in leading successful restaurants and the ability to trial and implement new concepts, technologies, and partnerships within the restaurant group. It's an ideal opportunity for a versatile leader who can innovate while maintaining excellent operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant as a General Manager, including driving sales and team development.
• Work closely with the productivity and change teams to trial new concepts and tech, providing feedback and training.
