Are you a Registered Home Manager looking for a new role?

Would working for a provider who puts a focus on supporting and developing its staff be who you would want to work for?

If so, then this could be the role for you!

We are looking for a Commissioning Home Manager to join our exciting and growing client, to work in their circa 70-bedded residential care home which will be based in the picturesque scenic location of Lubbesthorpe, which is in the outskirts of Leicester.

This provider is growing in the sector, providing luxury services to its residents. The resident’s lifestyle is at the heart of all they do to ensure they are able to keep living their lives in a modern, comfortable environment.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate is required to have home management experience within elderly care homes ideally with commissioning experience, consistently good or above CQC reports, with excellent business acumen and a proven history of managing homes within the sector.

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work with the local community, to be the home of choice, whilst also showcasing your focus on delivering fantastic resident care. Due to the nature of the role, you will be able to articulate the importance of people development and how this will have a positive impact on the service. Working with the Head of departments of the service, you will build your team from the bottom up, creating the success it will become.

Requirements

  • CQC reports of Good or Above
  • Strong commercial acumen, experience in marketing and budget management

Location

The role is based around Lubbesthorpe, and is therefore commutable from Leicester, Coventry, Market Harborough, Loughborough, Lutterworth, Rugby, Coalville, and Hinckley.
