TipTopJob in Leicestershire is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a busy contract catering operation on a major long-term project. This is a Monday to Friday, daytime role with full ownership of a high-volume site serving around 500 customers daily.

You will manage the site team, build strong client relationships, control budgets and drive sales, service and customer satisfaction, with opportunities for career progression in a stable, on-site operation.

• Contract Catering or B and I background.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Confident managing client relationships.
