A leading food service company is recruiting a General Manager for Wisley Gardens. The role involves leading a team, overseeing operations, and ensuring high standards of customer service. We are excited to be recruiting for a General Manager based at Wisley Gardens.
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days
Key responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Foodhall and its seasonal pop-ups (Kiosk, BBQ, Honest Sausage, Stone Pine), ensuring seamless service delivery, menu quality, and high standards of customer experience.
Coordinate and manage staffing and resources across the Foodhall and seasonal pop-ups, including recruitment, training, and scheduling, to ensure efficient operations and high team performance.
