Job overview

Reporting to the Clinical Director and working in partnership with other senior clinicians in the Care Group management team, the key purpose of this position is to support the Clinical Director by managing the delivery of complex clinical services within the Care Group and for implementing systems and processes to ensure all services meet Care Group, Site, and Trust objectives, as well as Trust-wide policies.

The post holder will be accountable for delivering high-quality, cost-effective services within budget constraints. They will provide strong leadership to enable the services to respond effectively to challenges while maintaining efficient clinical services and continuous improvements.
