The role requires exceptional leadership, organisation and customer service, with hands-on management of recruitment, training, SOPs, menu planning and supplier contracts, and full financial accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a busy venue or multi-site operation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to plan events and manage guest experience.
