COREcruitment Ltd in London seeks a General Manager for a multi-concept restaurant and bar. You will oversee the day-to-day operation across multiple venues, balance service quality with financial performance, and stay hands-on on the floor during busy periods.

You will lead through your management team, drive process improvements and work with Ops Director, marketing, events and security to grow the business while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

General Manager – Multi-Concept Restaurant & Bar

Up to £70,000 + Bonus

Multiple restaurants, several bars and two floors of busy service.With a team of up to 100, this is a venue that needs a General Manager who can see the whole operation while staying close to the detail.

We’re looking for someone who loves being on the floor.You’ll set the pace, support your managers and make sure every part of the venue delivers the same quality of service, even when everything is happening at once.

THE ROLE

• You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, bringing the restaurants, bars and wider teams together.Service, people, financial performance and compliance all sit with you, so you’ll need to be as comfortable with the numbers as you are leading a busy shift.
• Working closely with the Ops Director, you’ll develop your management team, strengthen processes and work with marketing, events and security to keep the venue running smoothly and grow the business.

ABOUT YOU

• You’re an experienced General Manager with a track record in large, high-volume restaurants, bars or multi-concept venues.
• You know how to lead through your managers, give people clear direction and stay visible and approachable on the floor.
• You’re commercially sharp, organised and calm under pressure.You take pride in developing people, spot the details that affect a guest’s experience and follow through on what needs improving.
