A leading cinema operator in Cardiff is seeking a General Manager to oversee the operations of a 15-screen multiplex. You will manage daily activities, foster a strong team environment, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have significant senior management experience and a passion for delivering exceptional cinema experiences.
Cineworld Cardiff is a 15 screen multiplex cinema spanning 5 customer floors in the heart of Cardiff city centre. Boasting 4DX & Superscreen, this is the No.1 destination for film goers in Cardiff.
As a General Manager, you’ll be responsible for inspiring your team to deliver an unrivalled cinema experience. You’ll manage and oversee all aspects of running your cinema, from the day to day operations to financial performance. Assisted by a management team, you’ll work to deliver the Cineworld’s KPI’s and foster staff morale, whilst making sure everyone works in a safe and clean environment at all times. To succeed, you’ll need to have previous experience of senior management and the desire to strive for success.
