My client is looking to recruit a GENERAL MANAGER for one of its volume operations in DEVON.

Commensurate with the position, we are seeking experienced, proactive and ambitious candidates only. If you have not worked as a General Manager or equivalent in the motor industry you will not be considered. This is a hands-on role where you will be required to manage the process with energy, drive and ambition. You will be a leader who inspires and motivates those around you to achieve better results. You should ideally have a background in the volume sector with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the importance of high standards in site presentation and customer satisfaction. A solid background of relevant experience in a franchised dealership is required to be successful. As you will be working for a highly successful regional group, the opportunity offers up to £90,000 OTE plus company car. You must possess a full clean UK driving licence.
