Job Description:

A new site opening later this year in Brighton is looking for an exceptional General Manager to oversee this multi-revenue stream operation, including bar & restaurants, indoor and outdoor dining. This is the 4th site in the group. This is a HIGH volume business, requiring management of a weekly turnover exceeding £50,000.

Our client values personality, presence, high standards, and leading by example. You will be hands-on, involved in all aspects of the business, and will lead and coach a large team. You should be standards-driven, collaborative, and passionate about developing your team for future promotions, with a proven track record of staff retention.

Who will you be as General Manager:
  • Experienced in high-end hospitality, with strong experience on both wet and dry sides of the business, from a multi-streamed business background.
  • Passionate about people, food, and service.
  • Guest-obsessed.
  • Proficient in managing P&L and running the business from a commercial perspective.
