The role

Seeking a General Manager for our Bodyshop division at Loughton. This role involves leading daily operations, managing financial performance, and overseeing dealership teams. Reporting to the Franchise Director, this full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to join a successful, employee-engaged group.

What you’ll do

Accountable for people and financial performance at Loughton Bodyshop, supporting from the Franchise Director and corporate support:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of automotive professionals
• Drive high performance and manage underperformance
• Oversee sales and aftersales, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
• Set and plan financial and growth objectives
• Finalize dealership reporting per group frameworks
• Develop marketing strategies
• Achieve high customer satisfaction levels
• Ensure compliance with company, manufacturer, and regulatory standards

Preferably with previous General Manager experience, possessing:
