The role of General Manager
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the care home. You will lead the team to deliver quality care and support to residents, ensuring safety measures and key performance indicators such as sales, financial management, customer and team engagement, recruitment, and regulatory compliance (CQC) are met.
