The role of General Manager
As General Manager, you will oversee the management of the care home. You will lead your team to deliver quality care and support, ensuring safety measures and performance indicators such as sales, financial management, customer and team engagement, recruitment, and regulatory compliance are met.
About you:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager and RN/RMN qualified is desirable.
