General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all dealership management functions and conduct performance reviews for department managers.
2. Prepare and review company policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring all employees adhere to them.
3. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations at all times.
4. Review and approve departmental budgets.
5. Oversee procurement and staff recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• GCSEs and higher education qualifications such as college diplomas.
• Previous experience in a senior managerial role within the motor industry.
• Strong financial analytics and numeracy skills.
• Excellent leadership qualities.
• Outstanding knowledge of marketing strategies.
