COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an exceptional General Manager for an award-winning gastropub in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will lead a food-led operation, oversee front-of-house and kitchen collaboration, and drive exceptional hospitality while maintaining a warm, pub atmosphere.

The role demands high standards, strong leadership, and a passion for quality food and wine, with a competitive package including a £50,000 salary plus bonus. Buckinghamshire-based, on-site position.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front-of-house operations and guest experience.
• Recruit, develop and retain a strong team.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to ensure seamless FOH and kitchen operations.
• Maintain exceptionally high standards while preserving a relaxed pub atmosphere.
