Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a passionate and strategic General Manager, to join its dynamic team near Taunton, Somerset. As an experienced General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations, across a number of establishments across the group, whilst overseeing all aspects of management including staff management, operations, guest experience and financial planning.

General Manager responsibilities will include;

    Lead and inspire a dedicated team, by delivering and leading a positive and productive work environment.
    Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.
    Oversee day-to-day operations, monitoring inventory management and quality control.
    Recruit, train and develop a team who are able to meet and exceed targets.
