A leading sports organization in North Wales seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee operations at the Wrexham Tennis and Padel Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic and operational direction, ensuring growth and community impact. The role requires substantial senior management experience in a sports or leisure environment. This permanent, full-time position offers a salary between £45,000 and £50,000.
Organisation: Tennis Wales. Salary: 45,000 to 50,000. Location: Wrexham, North Wales. Contract type: Permanent (Full time). Closing date: 24 October 2025. Wrexham Tennis and Padel Centre is a charitable organisation and the largest indoor tennis facility in Wales, with 12 tennis courts (indoor and outdoor), 3 covered padel courts, and several pickleball courts, providing tennis, padel and pickleball opportunities across North Wales and beyond.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced General Manager to take on a pivotal leadership position, responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational direction of the Centre, ensuring its continued growth, sustainability, and community impact.
