About the pub

The Curious Cow of Harrogate is a modern, yet traditionally styled, food-driven pub in Killinghall, near Harrogate. It regularly achieves around £25,000 weekly sales, with a 60/40 food-to-wet split, and an annual turnover exceeding £1.1m. It is part of our Signature pub collection, featuring a premium menu.

The pub has an open-layout with a strong local following, including regular drinkers and diners, as well as visitors seeking a quality dining experience. Facilities include a small function room, outdoor seating for warmer months, and ample parking.

Management accommodation comprises a 3-bedroom flat with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a separate Manager’s Office.
