We're seeking a General Manager for the Blue Boar in Chipping Norton, a historic pub dating back to 1641, renowned for its warm welcome, seasonal menus showcasing the best of the Cotswolds, and stunning surroundings. The pub is beloved by locals and visitors alike, featuring oak beams, flagstone floors, and roaring fires, exemplifying the charm of premium countryside pubs. We desire a guest-centric, experienced manager in fresh food to lead this esteemed establishment.

Running a Pub for Young's:

We believe in unique and individual pubs, and seek entrepreneurial General Managers to bring their personal touch. You have the freedom to craft your menu, tailor your offerings to guests, and grow the business according to your vision. You will decide on events, sales strategies, team uniforms, and handle recruitment and marketing. If you are a people-focused manager with fresh food experience, we want to hear from you.
