A long established printer which supplies quality litho print and provides invaluable advice and expert help to a list of long-standing clients in both the private and public sector is on the search for an experienced senior manager to take control of their operations.
We are looking for an “all-rounder” from the printing industry who can use their knowledge to help establish procurement, production, customer service & technical services, policies and practices. We seek someone whose skillset includes a strong understanding of costings, to facilitate the development of a strong strategic plan; the establishment of budgets; and create results measurements.
Candidates must also have a strong understanding of estimating packages to help strengthen the efficiency of the sales and account management teams. You will also maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
Filling the role of General Manager requires someone with strong leadership skills; training, coaching and mentoring staff; communicating values, strategies and objectives; assigning accountabilities; allocating resources; and monitoring and appraising job results. This is a very hands on role.
