We're opening a brand new Drive Thru at the Coventry Arena, which means we are growing our family.

The ideal General Manager would have experience working in a Drive Thru and be used to working in a fast-paced QSR environment that is exposed to high-volume sales and a large team. You need to be adaptable when it comes to people and customers, and be driven to deliver great results.

In every store, there is a talented Five Guys General Manager who manages, controls and is accountable for the store's day-to-day operations and results. This includes leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability, and optimizes all sales opportunities while delivering an excellent level of customer service.

AS A GENERAL MANAGER YOU'LL BE

• Accountable and responsible for your entire store and the people within
• Developing and managing the store team, supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
• Leading from the front, being hands-on, working on the line shoulder to shoulder with crew and managers
• Owning your P&L, driving sales and controlling costs
• Ensuring smooth daily operations and planning for the long term
• Spotting potential and developing your team to ensure a strong talent pipeline
