Job objectives and responsibilities
To deliver a 5-star experience to all colleagues the YOOX Net A Porter head offices.
Responsible for managing and delivering a hard and soft service remit to a high profile customer - utilising supply chain and the Mitie self-delivery team
Complete walkaround Net A Porter offices and report to the helpdesk any issue
Ensuring contract specific KPI's are met / exceeded consistently and that customer communications are comprehensive and timely.
Fully support Mitie's and our customer's core vision and values
Identify opportunities to improve performance.
Deliver a day-to-day seamless customer journey across the client account.
Report to the Account Director any daily challenges requiring immediate escalation or management attention.
To develop good Client and Customer relationships as well as key communications with other Managers on the Contract and within MITIE.
To ensure the Company's Health, Safety and Quality procedures are followed.
Attend all mandatory management training specified for the role.
To ensure standardisation of procedures and consistency in record keeping across the site of responsibility
Main duties
To drive a One Team approach for all technical and non-technical activities
Responsible for ensuring all site audits are completed.
Oversee and direct all service lines activity for designated offices in line with contractual deliverables.
Take a pro-active role in engaging with Net A Porter manager's to ensure they are satisfied with service delivery.
Proactively manage Client relationships, monitoring and documenting of SOPS and driving increased customer engagement through the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
Always follow the MITIE Group policies and procedures in relation to health and safety ensuring apparent deficiencies in systems of work, equipment provided, or training are reported to your Line Manager.
To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required.
To provide management information/reporting as required
Arrange regular Team meetings and provide support and direction to successfully deliver vision Meet all timescales for reporting to both client and Mitie.
Complete Training Matrix for the Team within your portfolio
Standardise all policies and procedures in accordance with everyone on the account.
Liaise with all relevant parties on accident investigations and ensure any actions are fully completed React to all duties as directed by the AD
To pro-actively demonstrate and work to the Company's values
Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by your Line Manager or the Client
Complete monthly reporting slides for client report.
