Job summary

ASK Italian is looking for a General Manager to lead one of our Stratford-upon-Avon restaurants, driving guest satisfaction and delivering strong team performance.

You will oversee daily operations, coach and develop staff, maintain high food and service standards, and work toward financial targets with support from our comprehensive training, bonus potential and employee benefits.

Job description

Role: General Manager / Restaurant General Manager / Hospitality General manager

Pay: Starting Salary: £41,610 pa, including benefits.

Salary breakdown:

Starting from £38,110 pa, plus £1.50 per hr tronc average
