Are you an experienced, talented Restaurant General Manager? Would you like to manage a busy venue that offers quality Scottish produce-led food and drinks in a warm and welcoming atmosphere? The Role:

As General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Running the business with passion, as if it were your own, while engaging with central support functions, internal & external stakeholders, and local suppliers.
• Supporting sales growth.
• Controlling costs and driving sales growth.
• Ensuring consistently excellent customer service.
• Managing service standards and staff development.

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience managing a busy restaurant with multiple simultaneous events, such as weddings, private hires, Sunday roasts, and Ceilidhs.
• Strong leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• A strong commercial awareness.
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
