Manager – you’ll need to be good at controlling your margins
and at your happiest both looking after guests and training, inspiring &
developing a happy team. Ideally you’ll have worked in a similar full
table service environment so we’d love to hear from you if you’ve spent time
running a restaurant or gastro pub, but if you’ve got a different background
