Responsibilities

• Overall accountability and responsibility for the day to day management, co-ordination and control of Cleaning, Catering, Tailoring, Bar Work, Shops, and Café on site, including Cleaning Manager, Mess Manager, Catering Manager 6-7 supervisors and circa 60 on site staff
• Maintain excellent client/customer relationships
• Work in conjunction with department managers to plan, organise and coordinate service activity across the site
• Active involvement, promotion and support of activities aligned towards employee engagement
• To contribute to the growth of services in order to meet client and commercial expectations whilst maintaining strict budgetary control in line with client and Sodexo expectations
• Driving License is Essential
• Due to security clearances you must have been resident in the UK for a minimum of 3 years
• Knowledge and experience of working in a management role within the soft FM service industry
• Leadership skills and knowledge

Location & Schedule

• Working at RAF Odiham, Hook, Hampshire, RG29 1QT, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a Global Organisation with over 430,000 staff worldwide, and support our Armed Services Personnel as a General Manager
• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00. However, flexibility is required as you may be required to work additional shifts outside of these hours including weekends based on business needs.
