Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and passionate General Manager to lead this property into its next chapter. You will be responsible for driving the success of the site, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel and F&B outlets
• Drive sales, manage costs, and achieve financial targets
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver high standards of customer service
• Build rapport with the local community and generate new business

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience managing events, food-led businesses, and ideally bedrooms (rooms experience is helpful but not essential)
• Strong commercial understanding of the hotel industry
• Excellent leadership, communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
• Ability to work under pressure and build strong relationships within the community
