Operating over two floors with a main bar and outside patio area, the
venue also boasts a beautiful dining room and separate function room on the
upper floor with stunning views of the Solent. The perfect location for wedding
receptions, this comprises of three versatile areas that are also suitable for
meetings or gatherings of all occasions. Events and prebooked trade are
essential to this business, so a detailed understanding of this revenue stream
is essential.

We're welcoming applications from
dynamic existing General Managers who understand the challenges of running a
seasonal and high-volume food house. You
will also be able to lead and develop a strong team to reach their full
potential whilst delivering exceptional hospitality at this famous local venue.

This is a live-in opportunity with a three-bed
flat above the pub with a roof terrace.
