Location: Plymouth (multisite locations)


Salary: £71,000 plus £45,000 OTE

Job Purpose
  • Maximise sales and profitability of the sales and aftersales departments
  • Actively market the sales and aftersales operations
  • Consistently exceed customer expectations
  • Ensure that all standard processes are adhered to in line with the business needs
  • Responsible for the retail sales, aftersales, parts & administration departments
  • Manage KPIs such as sales and aftersales targets, profit, stock, & composites
  • Financial management including budgets and costs
