Are you looking for the next step in your career? At The Stable, we are seeking a fired-up and passionate individual to lead our management team at our new venue in Padstow.

The Padstow Stable operates slightly differently from our other venues. We open from 09:00 for breakfast, serving a varied menu that features our signature banging pizza, along with smashed patty burgers and slick salads.

Located on the iconic quayside in the centre of Padstow, our beautiful new restaurant is ready to serve guests all day. We have enhanced our menu with additional dishes, building on our famous love of cider and pizza, to allow us to open throughout the day. Enjoy great breakfast options, banging pizza, and an extensive drinks lineup.

We make dough fresh daily, top it with the best local ingredients, and serve it alongside a constantly evolving drinks list. We are obsessed with doing everything properly and do not believe in cutting corners. If this resonates with you, we would love to hear from you.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant as if it were your own—extra points if you enjoy getting your hands dirty! Your responsibilities include recruitment, training, stock management, sales and labour forecasting, cash management, and all aspects of health and safety. Most importantly, you will run great shifts on the floor and ensure our guests receive fantastic service.
