The Role

The role of the General Manager will see you demonstrate your leadership with a hands-on approach. You will be based on the restaurant floor learning how each area of the business works. You will be responsible for bringing the best out of your team in a fast-paced environment. This will require the ability to oversee a management team as well as the entire front of house operation.

As an ideal candidate, you’ll be a born leader with previous managerial experience. You’re an expert communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments.
