Brasserie Blanc Oxford, part of the Heartwood Collection, is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead this landmark venue with warmth, energy and attention to detail.

You’ll own the business, inspire your team, drive profitability and ensure every guest leaves planning their next visit. This is a hands-on leadership role where commercial acumen, guest focus and staff development are essential to delivering memorable experiences and meaningful careers.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience as a General Manager within a quality branded restaurant environment.
• A proven track record of leading busy, high-volume operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
• A passion for delivering exceptional food, drink and service standards.
• The ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A hands‑on leadership style and a genuine love of hospitality.

General Manager: The Opportunity

As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your Brasserie Blanc.
