Slim Chickens Nottingham is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations of the restaurant and its team, delivering the ultimate guest experience and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and safety.

You will inspire a fast-paced, hospitality-driven team, generate fresh ideas to drive sales, and ensure a fun, motivating workplace where colleagues can grow and guests keep coming back.
