Rosas Thai is looking for a General Manager to be part of our growing family and lead the opening of our new sites in London. We are seeking a confident individual who is guest-focused and ready to lead a team.

Job Duties:
  • Ensuring our front of house team delivers the guest journey to the highest standard
  • Working closely with our Head Chef to ensure dishes are prepared to spec and delivered efficiently for dine-in and takeaway orders
  • Fostering growth and a learning culture within the team, overseeing training plans, and mentoring career progression
  • Managing stock control, maintenance, and H&S compliance
  • Leading by example and setting standards for a respectful working environment
  • Collaborating with our marketing team to drive sales growth and enhance our presence as a modern Thai restaurant brand
