The General Manager will hold full P&L responsibility and oversee end-to-end performance. Leading a team of 300, you will champion a culture of safety, quality, and accountability while shaping the strategic direction of this highly impressive operation.

Qualifications
  • At least three years’ senior management experience in a large-scale, high-volume manufacturing environment, with a proven focus on operational excellence.
  • Strategic insight and commercial acumen; strong leadership qualities; track record of delivering results through teams.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across a complex international group and with demanding global customers.
