We're looking for a General Manager for a community pub in Northampton. Salary up to £43k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Sunnyside is situated on a large housing estate in Northampton and benefits from its close proximity to the local business park, school and the main high street which runs through Kingsthorpe.

Currently trading at an average of £24,000 per week in net sales, The Sunnyside delights guests with our community menu and proves particularly popular with locals during the summer months, owing to the large beer garden.

Having had a strong 2 years of growth, The Sunnyside offers scope for further growth through introducing events and maximising the reputation of the business.

To be successful at the Sunnyside, you'll be an experienced operator with a track record of success in community pubs, with a passion and natural flare for building a solid reputation as the hub of the community.
