Be At One, Milton Keynes venue is a sleek, one-floor, one-bar operation designed for fast-paced service and unforgettable nights. The newly developed outdoor front garden brings even more potential to capture footfall and create standout guest experiences, especially in the summer months.

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven General Manager who thrives in a high-energy, guest-focused environment. You’ll be the face and force behind Be At One Milton Keynes — someone who leads from the front, inspires their team, and delivers unforgettable experiences night after night.

You’ll bring a passion for cocktails (and know your Daiquiri from your Mai Tai), but more importantly, you’ll know how to create a buzz, build a loyal guest base, and keep the party going with style and professionalism. With a natural flair for people management and an eye for operational excellence, you’ll balance the fun with the fundamentals — delivering strong commercial results, maintaining brand standards, and building a team culture that’s second to none.

Experience in late-night or high-volume venues is a bonus, as is a strong understanding of how to make the most of seasonal spaces — like our brand-new external front garden area, perfect for summer service.
