General Manager : Indoor entertainment venue


Salary: A GBP 40,000 +


Location: Watford


Is ensuring that all customers have a fun and engaging experience in a safe environment what drives you as a manager? Can you lead by example with operational and strategic duties, develop your team, and manage the site with exceptional customer service?


Role


  • Drive the recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times to customers and staff
  • Manage the development and implementation of marketing plans
  • Drive planned and outreach activities
  • Develop the corporate business portfolio
  • Responsible for the overall operational running of the site
  • Drive secondary spend on F&B and retail
  • Maintain full financial accountability

About You


  • At least 3 years of management experience, ideally within the Leisure Industry
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Enthusiastic and proactive
  • Team player with leadership qualities
  • The ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team to drive results
