We're looking for an experienced Pub General Manager for The Spread Eagle in the heart of Wandsworth. This beautiful building underwent a stunning restoration and refurbishment a couple of years ago and comes complete with outdoor courtyard space, a dining room, and 21 boutique bedrooms. This is a fine example of a quintessential British pub - think real ale, scotch eggs, pie of the week - showcasing the best produce, quality drinks and the best hospitality that the nation has to offer. This pub is a perfect example of tradition meeting the modern, and we are looking for an experienced Pub General Manager with fresh-food experience to continue to develop this flagship site into a thriving pub for our neighbours in Wandsworth.
