At Honi Poke, our General Managers are the heart of the shop, energising the team, delighting our guests, and ensuring we serve fresh, feel-good food every day.. As a General Manager, you’ll be accountable for the business performance of your shop.. . Core Responsibilities:. - Build a profit plan that keeps People, Hospitality, and Quality front and centre.. - Manage controllable costs like labour and waste to hit targets.. - Use KPIs to drive shop performance through regular review and team development.. - Work closely with your Area Manager to continuously improve performance.. - Oversee stock control and inventory management to ensure availability and minimise waste.. .
