We’re looking for a General Manager that embodies "canal-side cool" to lead the business at The Lockhouse, Paddington Basin. This contemporary pub features 13 beers on draft, serves excellent cocktails, and is a popular after-work spot for locals. Despite its modern appearance, we are proud to be a great traditional pub! At The Lockhouse, Thursday is the new Friday, and Wednesday the new Thursday. We seek someone with a strong interpersonal touch—willing to engage with the community, network, and build connections around Paddington Basin. Currently open 6 days a week, with significant potential for weekend growth, we want a creative General Manager to boost sales and establish this waterside venue as the premier social destination after work.
