The opportunity would suit a commercially focused General Management professional who not only has sound commercial and financial acumen but also possess operational expertise in respect of ensuring that the site runs as efficiently as possible. It is important that you have an enquiring mind, are detail oriented, and are constantly looking at opportunities for continuous improvement.
Preference will be given to candidates that are Degree educated (as a minimum), and have leadership / management courses under their belt or can demonstrate personal and professional development. You will be a naturally energetic, motivational leader with drive and passion in what you do, capable of creating a collaborative team work ethic and an environment in which people feel they are really part of the success of the business.
You will inspire a culture based upon teamwork, recognising and rewarding exceptional performance and conversely addressing any areas of below standard performance consistently and fairly. Exceptional communication skills and an ability to give direction will be essential.
