Responsibilities Include
  • Operations management including daily audits, cash reconciliation, staff management, and cost control.
  • Manage recruitment, disciplinary procedures, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance through audits, fire procedures, training, fault reporting, and corrective actions.
  • Handle financial reporting including forecasting, budgeting, payroll, and project work.
  • Manage all costs within budget and implement margin protection processes to maximize profitability.
What you need
  • 2-4 years of proven operational leadership in a customer-facing hospitality/leisure business, managing diverse teams.
  • A track record of attracting new customers and delivering excellent guest experiences.
  • Experience managing a P&L, including sales budgets and stock control.
  • Highly motivated with strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proactive organizational and time management abilities.
