We're looking for a General Manager for a food-led community site on the outskirts of Leicester. Salary up to £50,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Glen Parva Manor, a Grade 2 listed building dating back to 1452, is situated on Leicester's outskirts, with scenic fields and houses nearby. It features a large garden popular during summer, a children's play area, and is dog-friendly. The pub offers full table service on one side and has a bar area showing TNT sports.

Average weekly sales are around £35,000, with a food-to-wet split of 45/55. Sales fluctuate seasonally, from about £20k in quieter weeks to over £40k in summer. We seek a strong, experienced GM familiar with high-volume food and wet sales.

Management accommodation is available in a 3-bedroom flat above the pub.
