Be the heartbeat of Bonzo Lounge - a high-profile hub in the heart of the community.

Lounges are special places, but what truly makes them shine are the brilliant people who run them. And leading those brilliant people? That'll be you - our super-brilliant General Manager.

Bonzo Lounge is more than just a bar and eatery - it's a much-loved gathering place at the centre of the local community. From early morning coffee to evening cocktails, it's a welcoming space for everyone, and you'll be the driving force behind it all.

Your standards will match our own (very high), but how you bring them to life will be totally your own. You'll take full ownership of the day-to-day running of your Lounge, leading your team to deliver 14 great shifts each week and ensuring it's an inspiring place to work—and a go-to destination for guests. At the end of the day, every customer leaves happy, not just because of your leadership, but because of the energy, care, and pride you and your team bring to every shift. You'll create an environment where your team feels supported, inspired, and empowered to deliver exceptional experiences—making Bonzo Lounge a place people genuinely love to work and visit.

What You'll Bring

1. You're likely an experienced General Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Restaurant Manager with a background in hospitality—restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops.
2. You know how to create a brilliant bar environment with fresh food and drinks, served with energy and warmth.
3. You lead by example and make decisions based on KPIs—covering labour, stock, food safety, customer sentiment, and more—all while keeping your team engaged and your Lounge on budget.
4. You've successfully recruited and trained Front of House teams, from servers to Assistant Managers.
