Be At One Islington burst onto the scene in March 2020 after a dazzling £500k transformation, turning a classic pub into one of the most stunning suburban gems in our portfolio. We’re on the hunt for a standout General Manager who brings energy, personality, and a passion for exceptional hospitality. Whether you’re an external candidate with up to 12 months’ experience running a high-volume bar or an internal Accelerator DM ready to take the leap—we want to hear from you.

You’ll be a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, not behind a desk. You know how to light up a room, build a buzz through smart local marketing, and inspire your team to smash every service. Standards are your obsession, and you’re always looking for ways to raise the bar (literally and figuratively). If you’ve got the drive, charisma, and commercial acumen to lead one of the most exciting venues in our portfolio—this is your moment.
